Wedding on the Beach:

If you should be considering a wedding on the beach, please review the criteria established by the Town of Edisto Beach (http://www.townofedistobeach.com/Visitors/weddings.aspx) to determine if a permit is required.  Depending on the number of guests and vehicles you expect, we always suggest that you contact the town concerning your plans.  This will assure that you are aware of any concerns associated with parking.  The Town Hall number is 843-869-2505.

Marriage License:

Although the Chamber does not have info on marriage licenses, you can contact the Court House in Walterboro (843-549-5791) for details. (Edisto Beach is in Colleton County and Walterboro is the County Seat.)
