Wedding on the Beach:

If you should be considering a wedding on the beach, currently there is no permit required by the town for the ceremony.  Depending on the number of guests and vehicles you expect, you may want to make them aware of your plans.  The Town Hall number is 843-869-2505.

Marriage License:

Although the Chamber does not have info on marriage licenses, you can contact the Court House in Walterboro (843-549-5791) for details. (Edisto Beach is in Colleton County and Walterboro is the County Seat.)
